Wanderboy sells digital city guides delivered as PDF files. When your payment is confirmed, the guide becomes available to download from your dashboard, and it stays there — you can re-download it whenever you like, including updated editions of the same guide when we publish them.

Your purchase is a personal licence. You can keep the guide on all your own devices and print it for your own trip. You can't resell it, share it publicly, or redistribute it — each download is watermarked with the buyer's email address and order reference, so copies are traceable to the purchase they came from.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change over time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Guides marked "coming soon" can't be purchased until they're released.

We work hard to keep every guide accurate, but cities change — places close, prices move, opening hours shift. Recommendations are editorial opinion, and travel decisions remain your own responsibility.

Because guides are digital files delivered instantly, we can't take a download back. That said, we'd rather have a happy wanderer than an unhappy customer: if the guide isn't what you expected, or something went wrong with your purchase, email help@wanderboy.co within 14 days of purchase and tell us what happened.

We'll always refund duplicate charges, purchases of the wrong guide (before it's been meaningfully used), and technical failures we can't fix. Other requests are handled case by case, in good faith.

We collect the minimum we need to sell and deliver guides: your email address (used to log you in and to link purchases to you, including guest purchases made at checkout) and a record of what you bought, when, and for how much.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the email you used at checkout.

Account and purchase data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Downloaded guides are stamped with your email address and order reference, as described in the terms above.

We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing email unless you've subscribed to the newsletter — which you can leave at any time using the link in any issue.

Want your data gone? Email help@wanderboy.co from the address on your account and we'll delete your account and personal data, keeping only what payment regulations require us to retain.
